Triathlon of Compassion at Esquimalt Rec on June 23
Are you interested in doing a triathlon? Come out to the Tri of Compassion! 🙌 On Sunday, June 23rd, the Tri of Compassion will take place at the Esquimalt Recreation Center. This triathlon presents a perfect opportunity to try a sprint distance, which includes a scenic 500m swim, 20km bike ride, and a 5km run for adults. There are also various distances available for kids aged 6-15.
